Blair Ward Construction is an owner operated residential building company based in Christchurch, specialising in new homes and renovations. Managing Director Blair Ward began his building career in 2005 in Christchurch with a well known building company specialising in high end residential homes and light commercial projects. Blair is fortunate to have trained as a apprentice builder working on very detailed and complex homes, travelled working as carpenter and he has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience through this. Blair Ward Construction provides a "one stop shop". We will meet a client, facilitate their plans, arrange their consents and then manage the entire project through to a successful completion. We use only experienced and qualified subcontractors who meet our high standard's of workmanship. Blair is very experienced in project managing construction jobs and understands the processes to ensure jobs run efficiently and smoothly causing the least stress possible for the homeowner. As Registered Master Builders we offer our clients the 10 year Master Build Guarantee giving you the client peace of mind that the job will be completed to the highest standard. Blair strives to meet clients expectations and deliver exactly what the client wants and on budget.
